Welcome to Equine SaaS. These terms govern your use of our facility management platform and industrial-grade monitoring services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Equine SaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Equine SaaS for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Facility Responsibility
Barn owners and facility managers are responsible for ensuring that all data entered regarding horse health and stall monitoring is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Equine SaaS provides the platform for monitoring but does not replace professional veterinary care.
4. Service Levels
We strive for 99.9% uptime for all medical monitoring services. However, Equine SaaS is not liable for data gaps caused by local internet outages at the facility edge gateway (Raspberry Pi).
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
