Billing & Subscriptions
Yes, Equine SaaS is a month-to-month service. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings with no hidden cancellation fees.
For commercial barns, we charge a flat fee per stall per month. This includes all IoT sensor data and unlimited staff accounts for that facility.
Security & Data
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption for all data at rest. Your horse health telemetry is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Our Edge Gateways include a 4-hour battery backup and local data buffering. Once power/internet is restored, all buffered data is automatically synced to the cloud.
Features & Integration
While our software works with many off-the-shelf sensors via Home Assistant, we recommend our certified "Agritech Shield" hardware for medical-grade accuracy.
Yes, you can grant temporary, read-only access to veterinary professionals through the Digital Health Passport module.
